Chapter 5: Creating Presentations With Impress
A more elegant way to keep individual slides hidden in certain presentations can be found
under Presentation > Custom Slide Shows.
1. Open the Slide Show > Custom Slide Shows dialogue,
2. Click the New button. The Define Custom Slide Show dialogue appears.
3. In this dialogue, enter a name for the presentation. On the left, there is a list of the existing
slides. Select a slide to show in the custom presentation and click the button with the
arrows pointing to the right.
4. The slide will be inserted in the right field. Any slide listed on the right will be shown in
the custom slide show.
5. Rearrange the order of the slides in the right field via Drag&Drop.
