Updating and editing an existing bibliography
To modify the display of bibliography entries:
1) Right-click anywhere in the bibliography.
2) From the pop-up menu, choose Edit Index/Table. The Insert Index/Table
dialog box opens and you can edit and save the table using the five pages
described in Formatting the bibliography on page 357.
To update or delete the bibliography, follow the same process as described in the
sections “Updating a table of contents” and “Deleting a table of contents” on page
341.
Tools for working with bibliographies
If you find Writer’s bibliography feature too limited, try Bibus (http://bibus-
biblio.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) or Zotero (http://www.zotero.org/).
Both programs are free and open source and are reported to work well with Writer.
